DKI are able to provide loading options comprising modules with integrated safety features to assure reliable operations. Folding stairs allow safe movement of loaders to the rail car hatch with the safe lowering of the loading arm into the cars hatch. Earth overfill protection systems provide added security of spill prevention.
The loading control systems utilise NMI approved loading controllers and meters to ensure accurate measurement of the liquid and make sure all safety interlocks are made prior to commencement of loading.
The rail loading system may be connected to Omega TAS for integration with scheduling, recipe management and host reporting.
